Ivanhoé Cambridge and KingSett Capital wish to develop vacant land to the west of the Bayshore Shopping Centre. The City of Ottawa Planning Committee has approved the construction of two towers next to the Bayshore Shopping Centre. One tower is to be 30 storeys high the other 27 storeys. The towers are a Hobin Architecture design. Debate as to the appropriateness of the two towers is ongoing.
