What a great idea! Perhaps you’re green initiate for the day is to save more electricity. Or you’ve no time to go to the laundromat. Or the laundry is down the hall and there’s no time for that and a workout. Well good news, throw your laundry in the bike, hop on, and by the time you’ve done your workout your laundry is clean. For now its a concept but who knows.

Fully Transparent Solar Cell

A Michigan State University research team led by Professor Richard Lunt has developed a transparent solar cell capable of capturing ultraviolet and infrared light which is then led to solar cells and converted to electricity. Do however remember to use caution when selling or buying on Kijiji. I saved a client from a fraudulent situation a few years ago. They can be very cleverly disguised! Plus be aware of safety concerns.

Rode by the temporary barn swallow homes on Riverside yesterday. So far no one has taken occupancy. Perhaps it needs better signage (like the Deer Crossing signs). Read more in the Citizen.

Over the past couple of weeks we were very fortunate indeed to have met Molly Hoyle.

We were selling our home and Molly brought her client to view it knowing it would be a home that they would be interested in....which by the way they were as they did end up purchasing. It was our fortunate luck that we met Molly through this endeavour. My husband and I were selling our house with Grapevine and as we are not experienced sellers there were a few times we were very close to just taking it off the market and staying here. Her experience, knowledge, kindness to us, her understanding that this was a difficult decision especially for my husband made the whole difference for us.
