My life has taken oh so many twists and turns, over 3 continents.

But one thing has not changed for a long time and this is being called Papa. Lovely gift that!

Working while watching the funeral of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh I was looking for something to post when I realized there really is, in my mind, only one appropriate post today. My sympathies to the Queen, she has lost her liegeman. A man not used to being in second place who nevertheless acquiesced, and embraced his supporting role. I really feel for her!

And now for an amusing April Fools’ prank by the Bytowne Museum. Stumbled upon it on Instagram. “Were thrilled to announce our new expansion project!” They had me for a second. I mean I jumped out of my chair and said “No, this can’t be!” Then I remembered the day and thought: got me.
