The city has approved the redevelopment of All Saints in Sandy Hill. The construction of the multi-use building will mean the demolition of Bates Hall – which it seems does not hold heritage status. Not that that would help it a lot. The nine-storey building will have commercial spaces, as well as retail, office restaurant and residential. Seems the actual details of the plan are evolving.
