Awesome Examples of Modern Design
This article from boredpanda is a very nice collection of design idea pics. Title says 40, but list goes on to 116 – so, I recommend a large coffee or a cocktail according to the time of day you’re perusing. Of course, I chose the gallery wall pic as the featured pic if only because I can totally relate to as my walls look quite similar.
Ontario housing market so red-hot most buyers are skipping inspections, say home inspectors
CBC.ca reports on the effect of the red-hot market on inspections and inspectors. It’s true that many times we recommend to clients that if they wish their offer to be considered it should not have conditions, lucky for me (and my clients ) I’ve not of late had this conversation around an older house. I do walk them through the options and the consequences. In this article they talk about walk-through inspections, but in many cases it is possible to do a complete inspection before submitting an offer. Of course that means the cost of the inspection is wasted if you don’t get the house.
