The Planning Committee has approved two high-rise towers in Lebreton Flats near Pimisi Station. These towers, one at 31 storeys and the other at 36 storeys will have 41 per cent of its units reserved for affordable rental rates per the city’s official plan for LeBreton Flats. Details here.
