I feel like I’ve seen “new vision” a couple of times before! But here we are, there’s a new vision for LeBreton Flats. I suppose I should not be cynical for some development has already been occurring over time. It always startles me in fact when I leave downtown to take the Sir John A. Macdonald Parkway how different it is. Used to be past the Library and Archives Canada one light then you were flying; now it takes a bit longer to get onto my favourite Parkway.
