This sounds great! Plastic being recycled and the building of inexpensive homes. But beyond the building of inexpensive homes for developing nations could this idea not be transplanted to other uses everywhere for fences, sheds, and who knows what else.
Less in the landfill and better recycling sounds like a good plan.
