It’s unclear what will happen with Lebreton Flats! I suspect that has been said before. Eugene Melnyk is suing John Ruddy claiming conflict of interest having too many projects on the go in the area. Ruddy is saying the projects are synergistic, not competitive but meanwhile some are saying the wheels have fallen off and we are left with a field of broken dreams with the Lebreton Flats redevelopment project
