A nice list of todo’s for the bathroom here. I like the grout and the caulking idea. The light fixture is a nice idea. I often have a broad range of older fixtures I like but clients regularly walk into a bathroom and go no. Oh and please no boob light – that’s just wrong.
Another good one not on this list is the vanity. Take a look at home depot. For $200 you can get something current. Nothing dates a bathroom like an old vanity.
