Elevator etiquette in these challenging times is changing. It happened to me a week ago or so where a neighbour and I arrived at the elevator at the same time. I went in and she said I’ll wait for the next one. I was a little startled, but understood. Now I don’t get in the elevator if someone is there. But I wonder if I’m better taking the stairs. OttawaMatters makes some good points.
