Heritage Ottawa would also like to draw our attention to Bill 23, More Homes Built Faster Act. This act proposes sweeping changes to how develoment will occur in our city. This omnibus bill will require amendments to the Ontario Heritage act, the Planning Act, and the Ontario Land Tribunal Act. Details here.
