The Katasa Group, a Gatineau-based developer, proposes developing 1509 Merivale Road with two buildings, one with 203 residential suites, the other a garage for 100 cars. A strip mall currently sits there. I read that the proposal meets zoning regulations.

Over the past couple of weeks we were very fortunate indeed to have met Molly Hoyle.
