On December 21st the Government of Ontario issued a province-wide shutdown which took effect on boxing day. It contains so many restrictions a cheat sheet is needed to know what is and what is not allowed. A result of these measures can be loneliness. CBC.ca proposes coping mechanisms to help you deal with loneliness during the lockdown. Loneliness is recognized as a health risk that must be addressed – recognize the symptoms, familiarize yourself with the antidote – don’t do this alone.
