CMHC reports that home sales are shifting towards pricier homes in Ottawa. Less than a third of sales were in the under $400,000 price point. Sales between $400,000 and $499,9999 accounted for 22.3 between 2019 and 2020. Homes priced between $700,000 and $799,999 accounted for 7.2 per cent in 2020.
