Happy Canada Day!
Virtual Tour
3F Harwick Crescent
These virtual tours are great. They allow you to go from room to room and get a great sense of the space, measure, and take pics. Of course nothing beats an actual visit – contact the Molly & Claude Team for a real visit. This is a great value! Over 1700 square feet (according to magic camera) of living space on 3 levels plus garage, garden, and balcony.

Two people living in a small space
Not so long ago houses large families lived in smallish houses with 1 bathroom. Now some small families live in huge houses with countless bathrooms. Then there’s the ever increasing number of smaller and smaller condos. Here we have a 500 square foot apartment designed for 2. There’s a place for everything and everything in its place.

National Aboriginal Day
This week-end a bike ride on Saturday afternoon took me to the Summer Solstice Aboriginal Festival. I was thrilled to see a part of a dance competition and to hear the inuit throat singer who had performed at Justin Trudeau’s swearing in ceremony. And today Trudeau marks National Aboriginal Day with sunrise ritual, and canoe ride – while wearing his father’s buckskin jacket.
