Admittedly writing this post I partly feel like I work for Bell. Buf if my post can increase the donations and help reduce the stigma of mental health I’m in.

Join in on social media and help end the stigma around mental illness. On January 25, 2017 Bell will donate 5¢ for every text, call, tweet, instagram post, Facebook video view and Snapchat geofilter. Read more on their site.

5 simple ways to end stigma and start a conversation:

• Text message – every text sent by Bell Canada and Bell Aliant customers;
• Call – Mobile and Long Distance every call made by Bell Canada and Bell Aliant customers;
• Twitter – every tweet which includes #BellLetsTalk;
• Instagram – every post using #BellLetsTalk;
• Facebook – every time you watch Bell Let’s Talk video;
• Snapchat – every time you send a snap using the Bell Let’s Talk geofilter.

In 2016 Bell donated $6.3 million dollars to mental health programs. Help make 2017’s Bell Let’s Talk day a success and help them reach their goal of $100 million by the end of 2020.
