Architecture – NYC’s Most Iconic Addresses
First, while helping clients clear out their apartment I pulled out of the get rid of pile a chess set and found all the pieces to be white making me think of Yoko Ono’s White Chess Set. Then, Saturday evening went to see REVOLUTION: The Beatles Symphonic Experience. These two Beatles related incidents lead me to think of John Lennon being shot in front of his home, The Dakota Apartments. And that led me to think of the most prestigious addresses of NYC. So here we are! The most exclusive addresses in one of the most exclusive cities in the US and possibly the world. And so not for the faint of heart. Most of these coops have very stringent rules. Not everyone gets in. No matter who you are! Sorry, Madona! They often have a no mortgage rule and you should demonstrate a healthy balance in your bank account even after paying for the apartment.
