Architect – Odile Decq
Odile Decq (1955-) is a French architect. She is self described of goth appearance and style. Decq started her studies at the Régionale d’Architecture de Rennes and completed them at the École nationale supérieure d’architecture de Paris-La Villette. In 1979 she founded ODBC with her husband, subsequent to his death, she renamed the firm Studio Odile Decq. Her award winning humanistic approach has earned her many prizes. In 2012 she founded the Confluence Institute. There she insists that her students find their voice in their work.
