I don’t think Ottawa is down to the 150 square foot flat at this point but this fellow would like to demonstrate that it is possible. There’ll be no lavish dinners in his NYC apartment but because everything was chosen for the apartment in skale to its proportions it works. I’m not sure how I would feel living in such a space but hat’s off to him for making it work.
