A very sad day in the Capital yesterday. The death of a young woman about to embark in her studies at Carleton University. Thoughts go out to her family and friends.
It`s always been my impression that these bicycle lane provide a false sense of security for that great security is lost at every intersection. And so… Quite tragic! What can be done? What can make this better.
