A group of Toronto realtors have put together, and rated, a list of condo amenities. Very interesting! They’ve broken the list down in 5 tiers. In Tier 1 they have gym, that makes sense, they also have concierge and rooftop deck: good but a little surprising. Party room, guest suites, pool, and hot tub/sauna are in Tier 2. They have library low – which is almost a given in every building. It’s an interesting list! I’d love to hear your perspective.
