Mad Men is credited for bringing the 60s back into the decor, and now Bridgerton is being credited for bringing the regency style back in, creating an eclectic look of traditional and modern. Nothing pleases me more if it means antiques will once again be popular. I’ve appreciated antique furniture since forever and have been rather sad of late to see older pieces fall out of favour. Indeed my favourite look is to mix old with new, and if Bridgerton has succeeded at creating that look – then hooray to Bridgerton.
