After years of failed attempts, an agreement has been reached between Capital Sports Development Inc and the National Capital Commission to build an arena at LeBreton Flats. Above and beyond the arena, the project will include a mixed residential development. Flats District will include up to 800 housing units comprised of six storey units, a 12 storey tower, and a 20 storey tower.
