Home Sales Forecast to Ease but Remain Historically Strong in 2022-2023

On March 23, 2022 the Canadian Real Estate Assocation (CREA) provided an update to its forecast for 2022 and 2023. They address several factors affecting the real estate market:

• interest rates
• stress test
• housing policy changes
• the Russian invasion of Ukraine
