Fengate Asset Management, a Toronto based company, has purchased to parcels of land, one at 1209 St Laurent Boulevard, one at 1047 Richmond Road. The first being close to the St Laurent Shopping Centre, the latter Carlingwood Shopping Centre. Both developments would bring in 1900 rental housing units. They hope to break ground in approximately one year.
