CBC.ca reports that Dream a Toronto-based firm has been selected to build two towers in LeBreton Flats. These two environmentally friendly towers will be a mix of affordable housing units and social programs. The towers are proposed to be near the future central library as well as the Pimisi light rail. Details here.
