Jennings Real Estate plans on developing the site of 18 Louise Street with a 139 unit, 12 storey building. The plan is to keep the existing structure intact. How lovely! A rarely used concept that I can definitely get behind.

Over the past couple of weeks we were very fortunate indeed to have met Molly Hoyle.

We were selling our home and Molly brought her client to view it knowing it would be a home that they would be interested in….which by the way they were as they did end up purchasing.
