The giant teddy bears have appeared in Paris in the 13th arrondissement since Christmas 2018. At first the goal was simply to make people smile. But as time went on the bears served to remind people the restaurant was closed and subsequently to not use a particular table to practice social distancing. What a fabulous idea!
