Robinson Village Ltd. Partnership has proposed a development of a nine-storey apartment building and three six-storey buildings for this secluded area of Sandy Hill. The city have endorsed this development. Nothing new there! I’m not sure how much research or consultation has happened yet but if you reach your hand deep enough in the Mayor’s pocket you can typically get what you want. It could be the biggest change for Robingson Village. A petition has been instigated by change.org. Change is good but within the context of the official plan and with neighbourhood support is best.
