We visited the showroom of The Charlotte the other day. Quite nice! There will be a podium building and a high-rise building. They will have so many amenities “… a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces that will include a gym along with a yoga and stretching area, party room, kitchen, dining room, lounge, games room, an outdoor terrace with pool and cabanas, outdoor shower, gas fire pit and a barbecue area.”
