In celebration of the Rideau Canal Skateway I’d like to post a few videos. The National Geograph video is quite enlightening. The NCC video is in French, it explains that for safety the iceologists (Claude word) measure for a minimum of 30cm or 12 inches of preferably clear, not white ice. With no bubbles please!
