This sounded like an older story when I first read it a few days ago and so I didnt really pay attention to it till I realized oh wait this is new. Canada ranked number 2 best country in 2018 according to the the U.S. News & World Report for the second year in a row.
In the rest of the ranking: Germany overtook the United Kingdom – With Brexit I can see that! And Australia overtook the US with … you know!
