I’ve always loved dandelions. I find it upsetting that they get such a bad rap. So was happy to read this article on the CBC website yesterday. Turns out PEI has a dandelion festival.
Perhaps they aren’t the most noble of flowers. But at this time of the year they are a burst of unexpected colour.
Seems the whole plant it edible. Much of it can be eaten raw or cooked.
